My maternal grandparents have been living in Toronto since the 1980s. They love Canada so much and plan to spend the rest of their life in there. Of course, I’ve been to Toronto several times. The environment is beautiful and seafood is palatable as always. If you happen to be apolitical, you’d pretty much consider Canada to be a paradise. For me, it’s too socially repressive. Toronto is the most far left populated city in Canada where those who have an opinion that’s different from the liberals’, might get their lives in danger. Wearing a “Make America Great Again” cap can easily trigger the radical left and make them assault you. See? Free speech is dying in Canada. That’s what makes me lose interest in living in Canada.
Well, before my late mother died of heart failure, I did have a chance to get a Canadian citizenship. Never mind, I think I’ll just stay in England and do whatever I can to make myself happy. By the way, Justin Trudeau is tearing Canada apart from within, he really has to step down. Hong Kong? I don’t even wanna mention that place anymore.
