Chinese chars becomes question mark ( dbpower )

Dear C-hings,

I am new to CAS. I purchase dbpower and follow the instruction that you post at avbuzz to trip chinese song.

When I rip chinese CD to alff, the chinese song name , title etc all chinese characters becomes question marks

When I rip the same Chinese CD in FLAC, there is no problem. all chinese characters displayed correctly.

I am using windows 7 .... Do you have any advice ?
