Furman isolation transformers are similar and cheaper but Equi=Tech has better built.

I and a few friends of mine are using Furman for power-conditioning.
Advantage:
1) Freq extension & dynamics cut are relatively small when compared to filter type of power-conditioners.
2) Trouble-free & maintenance-free when compared to power-regenerating type of conditioners.  Reliable and very long life-span.
3) Characters similar to Equi=Tech but price much cheaper because Furman is studio/professional product.  My P-2300ITE is only $2Xk.
