I get this gear a month and I'm really satisfied by the performance, unfortunately QC of this is poor, first of all power supply is in low quality that affect performance, but the worst is it broke down and couldn't switch on after a month, agent however had replace a new one for me but it happens again.(P.S. in fact they didn't explain the cause). Do any Ching face this problem, I'm really mad...

Yes, it happened to me. That is why I went to SSP to get a new PS, rather than asking a new one from factory. Make sure u get one that is 5V 3A n not 5V 1A.
agent promise me to replace a new one again for me after they checked the gear is dead instead of power supply, but they still didn't find out the problem. I can say that HK agent is good but QC of factory is really bad
