Don't think it matters,  they look at your BDMV folder structure, not location of the files.

I think this is bound to happen sooner or later to most big name players unless they don't want to be part of the big league or consortium.

Agree, to anyone who is interested in audio this is probably more important unless you already have a very good dsd dac in your system.

Did you mean whether we can rip SACD?  If that is the case, I think its tricky and country dependent.  If it is about purchased files then I guess it is the same as any other purchased music files.

Good stuff, I have couple of Eric Bibb's Opus SACDs and he is a great blues singer, great recording and music, acoustic in nature and actually excellent material for audiophile geeks

可以讀到, 播到, 不過慢左... (速度慢左一半變左老牛聲, 有代修改)
今晚試埋 DSD64 睇下點先

I mean oppo new firmware supports streaming DSD , no matter it is rip or purchased.  But the new firmware doesn't support  bluray copy whether it is rip in iso/BDMV format , why? Is it no authority to enforce DSD files licencing?

因為唱片公司開始直接賣DSD 檔, 唔賣SACD (唔洗比專利費SONY同菲記)
ONKYO 日本已經有好多DSD 賣

But I think SACD contains DSD 2.8, now what is selling is DSD 5.6 bor.

SACD 個專利 SONY 好多年前已經賣咗啦。

喺技術上DSD比PCM的確係好有優勢，
因為以1 bit嘅0同1嚟表示對比強弱而sampling亦係傳統CD嘅64倍,
比CD 16 bit嘅96db同44.1khz sampling更接近摸擬，
加上DSD嘅1 bit 解碼技術比PCM 嘅multi bits 簡單。

可惜DSD有幾純先係問題
絶大部份做mixing嘅器材都係行緊PCM制式
所以流行曲同要做後期嘅曲目絶大部份都唔會係純DSD制式
其中亦好多標榜DSD嘅CD，可能只係包括"DSD錄制"、採用"DSD技術"等等
純DSD好多時都只有現場錄音嘅古典樂曲或Jazz先可能係"全DSD制作"
或一啲係由"摸擬"轉成DSD嘅舊錄音。
加上SACD嘅protection真係做得好好，令到咁多年嚟都無翻版出現，
而SACD一般比CD售價高，呢點都係令到SACD流行唔起嘅問題。

而且的確有啲SACD確真係一好般，特別係Hyper SACD，
用DST64壓縮，又幾十首曲目，又2.0又multichannel，
一爆個DST64出嚟，先得幾十MBs，對比一啲single layer嘅SACD，
一首5-6分鐘嘅曲目分分鐘三四百MBs，所以有啲single layer嘅SACD都幾值錢。

以上資料為兩聲道新手，非經教科書的正式渠道所得，只是從網上道聽途說的爬文所得的自我感覺良好小資料。
