I think understanding the knowledge of LP standard is a MUST before playing.

My comment is just for my personal taste and not for all.  

For my personal listening experience and consider the characteristic of my hardware / software, I will choose the best curve or EQ which can best suit my taste to listen vinyls.

On the other hand, Nelson hing, I am very interested in Reference-One.  Could you please let me know where I can audit it?

都係我在公司(在新蒲崗)有得試聽.

不過Refe-One phono會出Version2.
因有些舊裝零件用晒,又找不到, 要轉用新裝零件, 所以要小改轉新version
上星期我連舊version的demo機都賣了, 現時無得試, 要等2~3星期後,才做到新version的Demon機.

Let's take an example of the following vinyl which is one of the best LPs I have ever heard (in TAS List).  You may get it as a reference.

For Duke


2nd hand price:
- Vinyl condition: near mint minus => HK$1,000 - HK$1,200
- Vinyl condition: near mint => HK$1,300 - HK$1,500
- Vinyl condition: near mint plus => HK$1,500 - HK$2,000
- Vinyl condition: sealed (cannot find outside normally) => HK$1,800 - sky price.

每張舊碟買之前會先洗乾淨，換個靜電袋可以有排玩。
當然如果要求高可以洗一次聽一次，等如cd都可以每次先吹消會更好聲一樣。
