MPS HD-990 USB Cable

I purchased an MPS HD-990 USB cable a few months ago (Probably 3-4 months). I found it couldn't work yesterday that my DAC couldn't detect it. But the status recovered normal when I replaced the MPS cable with other 2 USB cables. So, it's obvious that the said MPS USB cable is in fault. As the case for cable failure is very rare, I sent a message to Mr. Poon of MPS both through WeChat and PM in Hiendy asking for help but regret no any response was received. May I know whether any brother here encountered such case as happened on me? Please share your comments if any!

No way, just because MPS doesn't have business agent here in Hong Kong. I think Mr. Poon's arrangement is the best and convenient one.

Just received the brand new HD-990 USB cable from Mr. Poon of MPS and tested OK. I appreciate the effort and responsible action that Mr. Poon provided to have the case completely solved.
