It is already confirmed that Garrett Hedlund will return for Tron 3 and it is expected that Olivia Wilde will also make a return. Tron 3 is expected to begin filming in 2014, with a 2015 release date possible.
Just to clear this up for everyone confused. The original Tron came out in 1982. Tron: Legacy (aka Tron 2) came out in 2010. It was a sequel, not a remake. So Tron 3 will be the 3rd movie.
