其實我都俾隻HS-251吸引住!
特別係見佢有兩個LAN位, 查實可唔可以一個插rounter而另一個直駁network player呢?

雙lan頭喺俾lan aggregation。你一邊去router一邊去streamer/DAC係無意思。

因為我見樓主部HA-N1A其中一個LAN寫明俾player.
所以我諗如果唔使經rounter就very good!
唔該晒!!

If the hard discs are changed to SSD, solid state disc, there should be improvement in performance due to less vibration, less heat, less power used and better reliability.

If you spent this amount of money for NAS, SSD is an obvious choice.

Melco has one flagship model N1Z with 2 SSD but only storage size only 1TB and use audiophile Buffalo SSD 512GB HD and that new N1Z costs HK$8x,xxx.

HDD array with SSD caching is the best of both worlds.

N1A and N1Z has separate LAN port one for player and the other for data.
N1Z even has separate power circuit.
Does current normal NAS has separate 2 LAN ports ?

dual-LAN usually exists in high-end consumer NAS and entry-to-mid end SMB models

for example, synology ds412+, which was a 2012 model, already has 2 LAN ports. however i just use one port for Ethernet connection. the spare port i plugged a Accoustic Revive LAN terminator into it to contain some noises generated.

I wonder if you can change your hard discs to SSD yourself. If there are SATAII format, you can just buy two SSD hard discs from Golden and change them yourself. It should work just fine. It only costs around $2,000 each.

N1Z 是 bundle buffalo audiophile grade SSD， no need to change.

Just matter it cost hk$80k 1 chassis with no streamer.

The NAS is 100v-240v so converter is not needed.

I am not sure if you can replace HDD with SSD. I would like to know as well.

HK no dealer. Can buy from Japan or singapore or uk winchesterhifi.

Japan named DELA. while other places called MELCO.
I help my friend bought one, very good sound. I think this one is better than certon integrita c4 even coz:
High grade power supplies with audiophile grade components.
Dedicated LAN port for Player (Streamer), each LAN port has 4 chips for filter.
Audio-grade ultra-low jitter data clock, reclock data before stream to player.

I dont think so.  The audio grade Buffalo products are only available in Japan or overseas.  Same as the recent Buffalo audio switch
