USB Regen

Just bought this little wonderful item. Basically, you attach Regen to your DAC USB input. As far as I understand, it regenerates USB signal from computer and feed a new clean USB signal to DAC. This item certainly works. It brings depth and clarity to my already excellent Lampizator GG. This item is not expensive at all. It only costs USD 175. I consider it is a must for CAS. It is better than buying an expensive USB cable. However, you still need a good USB cable according to manufacturer.

There is no HK dealer. You can buy from Uptone Audio directly. I consider it is much superior to iFi iUSB power.

It comes with a wall plug but you can also use a LPS with 7V output. The website is http://uptoneaudio.com. Do not understand your USB question.

Given good reviews from some trusted Computeraudiophile members and the gear is relatively inexpensive, I've ordered one a few day ago. Delivery is no earlier than 6/18 though.

It is well worth the wait. The new orders will have the new version with extra resistors. It is definitely better than buying a new USB cable.

I got my "amber" usb regen yesterday and get some test.

In their website, it has a statement:
"Although the REGEN does not eliminate all sound quality differences between USB cables in a high-end system, it significantly reduces those differences..."

It works as it advertised.

Indeed , comparing upgrade to a very expensive cable, this device is very good buy.
