I bought it directly from AURALIC. Excellent and great value for money. I have previously used a squeezebox touch. AURALIC is much better in terms of usability.  not sure how it compares with its big brothers.  Any Ching can share some experience?

Sorry,  I have NO LKS USB femto modules at the moment .....cannot test tim.....
Sorry....
I believe with ARIES (Femto clock for usb output), will have better DPLL performance than PC as it got lower jitter!

Hi Petshopman hing ,

用iPHONE 可以airplay 入Aries Mini , Aries.. ARIES 用USB (with femto clock ) to your DAC,  會好d .  因為 個USB output 有femto clock reclock data.

For Tidal, Tidal 播歌時, 其實是不用ipad 的 (iPAD 只是用來看CoverArt and Playlist) .  第一次輸入. ipad 只是幫ARIES 輸入Tidal/Qobuz  username and password. 所以ARIES or MINI 都係直接播TIDAL 歌(via direct streaming) .  可以唔需要iPAD/iPHONE via AirPlay.  所以會好聲d!

Yes,  the Auralic ARIES is a really good Network Player/Server!  it is very user friendly.

I have NOT compare between two different brands ... I can't tell . I have some Rockna DAC user got both.

For the Aries ,  it cannot insert a SSD inside but we need to place it at the USB port (DATA one).   For Aries Mini ,  it got SSD slot ,  and you can place 2" SSD in the tray!  

For ARIES as a source,  it's performance is  really good, as all its digital output are governed by Femto level clock !  You may try with your wave files and put it in my NAS to try.
