Sennheiser Warranty - Do NOT buy 2nd hand!

Had bought a Sennheiser Momentum In-ear for daily use but it was broken just after 2 months.

Going to their website to try to check the repair service but very surprisingly, this catch my eyes:

保修期從購買當日開始，產品必須是全新及在購買前未被使用的，而本保養服務只適用於第一手買家

So meaning they will not provide service if can prove you got them from 2nd hand?

Very bad service level if that is truly the case and surely killed all 2nd hand market.

Wonder any C-Hing had tried their after sales service before and can comment a bit.

咁怪。。。如果有單有盒..已可假設是  first owner  (不管易手多次)  。。。除非 first owner 已登記所有 first owner 資料  而 強制執行。

咁都唔知讚佢服務好定話佢品質差

用左幾十年耳筒只係最近的 AKG 壞過一次

仲有，係全球保用，即跟本無分行水！我之前玩 HD800 時打去問過，只要有單，維修及保用條件完全一樣。

Seems QC is degrading, mine just 2 months old and light use. The 3.5mm head broke by itself.
