this week I try making usb cable

my experience

no shield - 2 headed cable

solid core silver wire

twisted pair data cable

twisted pair power cable


if  data line , is twisted loose, I will hear random pop sound when music playback

if not  twist, ALOT of random pop sound when music playback

tight twisted, I am now testing, but still ok now

what are your experience? same experience with me?

not yet, but twist tight is good now

I see on internet, people do not twist, how is it possible?

如果data來回信號線之間不用屏蔽, 一定要扭花來對抗互相干擾

If you diy, you may consider buying twisted pair cable meeting this spec to make the cable.  If you twist the cables yourself by hand, very hard to ensure it meet the data cable spec.
