本公司在此聲明:

加拿大  NAD M10 多功能串流擴音機是全面支援英文，中文，日文，韓文等文字顯示。

鑑於近日有個別客人使用 NAD M10 反映部份檔案，文字不能正常顯示。
經查證後出現亂碼的主要原因，是檔案中的ID Tag發生錯誤
(圖1) 如一首歌入面有多個Tag資料會造成亂碼
(圖2) 建議客人可使用免費 Kid3 軟件 ( https://kid3.sourceforge.io )
更正Tag內資料，(只需保留1個正確Tag資料即可) , 以確保BluOS系統能讀取正確的顯示資料。
現附上簡單教學，希望能讓客戶解決以上情況。

廠方亦會持續提供firmware更新以提升操作穩定性及功能。

Another customer (actually a member here) encountered the same problem hours ago without any help from the Hong Kong agent and said all the wav files had to be converted to FLAC files before playing. Even so, his post was deleted. I think it's the decision of the adminstration here! Any reason to have that post deleted? Was it the request from the Hong Kong agent? I would like to hear it! Thanks

Is it the only way to restrict negative impact to the agent who joined in business with this jounal?

雖然未玩過部機，但play唔到WAV而轉成FLAC又可以。大膽估計個file有問題多D。如果人人都唱唔到WAV睇怕部機都唔會出。都系估估下，有錯莫怪。

餅主話過這里不提敏感事物。另外你到底想講“fasting”定“fastest”呢？ 以當年會考英文只有E級的水平，真係睇唔明ching的文法与用詞。
