I will use Intel Data Migration Software to clone the existing SSD (WS2016 Datacenter GUI) to another SSD, in which I will install AO2.2, for easy AB comparison.

原來 Intel Data Migration Software 在 WS2016 裝不倒。

現在要用 EaseUS Todo Backup Software Enterprise Edition (Trial) 試試。

反覆測試完。

結果是 AO2.2 在小弟的糸統暫不適合。

小弟再試多幾日，再出報告。

不用試多幾日了。

裝左仲衰過唔裝，先唔睇 WS2016 內 運行 Processes 多少，聽聲收貨。

結果是背景噪左，高音 glare, 音質不鬆容，好緊。

再睇 WS2016 內運行 Processes , 同未裝之前一様，但 剩行 Roon , CPU Utilization 扯到上去 成 30 percent , 仲要全速 3.2 GHz。 唔怪得咁噪。

(註： 未裝 AO2.2, CPU Utilization 1 percent , Speed 0.77 GHz。)


題外話，仲有少少野分享，之前 Roon Server 只裝了 一隻 SSD, 及後試 AO, 所以装多隻，如果二隻 SSD 同時駁上，背景會多左少少噪。

CPU Utilization係幾值得研究
我平時用開bughead，呢個player正正同你個case相反，佢會拉盡CPU Utilization，CPU時脈越高就效果越好。所以我慣常會將CPU keep喺3.5ghz以上。

i am also using bughead as the player. It will push CPU utilization to over 60% as it is a very resource demanding player.

Roon 播緊歌時 (如果不active DSP) ，不需要用太多 CPU 資源的. 以 i5 4460 為例，1 至 2 percent左右。

昨晩最後試埋 剩裝 fidelizer 8.3, 冇反應。

今晚試 ws2016 core mode.

補充：原來要用 Audiophile level 先有反應，ws2016 core mode 不 support network bridge, 不試了

或許對於某一些 music software 著重 cpu 的運算 ，AO 及其他優化 windows OS 的 script 便可能有幫助。

不甘心，重新再 clone 過 OS, 再試 AO2.2

測試平台 (以下所有 SSD 安裝了 OS WS2016 Datacenter GUI 及 Roon Core 1.6 )

測試（一）
1. Samsung 850 EVO
2. OCZ Vertex 3 SSD (未更新至最 updated firmware)

結果：
用 Samsung 850 Evo 作為 OS 及 Roon Core 的 SSD, 分析力明顯提高，細節多左，高低伸延多左。
及後，將 OCZ 更新至最 updated firmware , 結果一樣。

測試 （二）
1. OCZ Vertex 3
2. OCZ Vertex 3 裝 AO2.2
3. OCZ Vertex 3 裝 AO2.2 + Fidelizer 8.3 (User Level - Purist, Apply Core Isolation Policy)
4. OCZ Vertex 3 裝 Fidelizer (User level - Purist, Apply Core Isolation Policy)

結果：
第1項 ：在測試（一）的結果已有結論。
第2項：裝左 AO2.2 喺百份百肯定衰過唔裝，背景噪左，高音 glare, 音質好緊迫，唔鬆容。直頭想熄機。
第3項 ：裝左 AO2.2 再加 Fidelizer 8.3, 音質大幅改善，但仍比乜都冇裝為差。
第4項 ：嘩左一聲，音質上比第1項在任何方面提升了 30 至 35 percent 左右。無論分析力，高低伸延，細緻度，人聲感情方面好大幅度提升。

特別提一提，Fidelizer 8.3 內必須選擇 Core Isolation Policy, 音質提升會好多。
