iFi Audio推出Zen Dac DSD/DXD 解碼器連耳擴，機身僅有手掌大小但功能卻非常強大.

Zen DAC內部使用Burr-Brown解碼芯片，能提供高規格的解碼性能，直達PCM 384Hz/24Bit與DSD 256/384kz的規格，就連最新的MQA解碼都能支援。以USB 3.0( 2.0同時兼容)傳輸接收數碼訊號，機背提供兩聲道RCA類比輸出與4.4mm耳機平衡輸出，使用者可以連接擴大機、有源喇叭等音響設備。

前面板還具備一組6.3mm與一組4.4mm耳機輸出，可藉由中央的大型音量制控制音量。當由RCA或後面板4.4mm平衡輸出連接擴大機時亦可使用音量控制或是關閉音量控制(bypass)。

I really enjoy listening to the IFI Zen DAC and I will probably purchase one in the near future.  But it would make a good gift, too, to my friends and family who love good audio but don’t want anything too flashy or expensive.  At the heart of the matter, that’s what the Zen DAC is – just really good audio, in a simple, economic package.

iFi 的 DAC 以及配件系列性價比一向相當高，雖然價錢不貴但效果十分不錯。今次最新推出的 ZEN DAC 就是 USB DAC + 耳擴的一體機，除了 6.3mm 耳機輸出之外，更提供了 4.4mm 平衡輸出，更支援 MQA 解碼，可算是一個功能和規格都相當完善的配套，最重要是和 iFi 其他產品一樣價錢十分相宜.

設計及功能
解碼連耳擴並支援 MQA
ZEN DAC 和 iFi 之前推出的 ZEN Blue 藍牙接收器/解碼器好相似，一樣是「飛碟形」設計，功能就完全不一樣。ZEN DAC 是 USB 解碼連耳擴，採用了 Burr-Brown 解碼晶片，最高支援 384kHz PCM、DXD 以及 DSD256。此外更支援 MQA，雖然只是作為 renderer，需要 TIDAL、Audirvana、Roon 等軟件先進行初步解碼，不過以千元級 DAC 能夠支援 MQA 也算少有了。前面板設有音量旋鈕，阻尼適中、調校方便，不過就不設關機功能，對於有關機「強迫症」的用家可能要適應一下。旋鈕側邊會有一圈燈光，分別以綠、黃、青、藍、紫色對應 PCM 44/48/88/96kHz、PCM176/192/353/384kHz、DSD64/128、DSD256 以及 MQA 的解碼音訊.

音量旋鈕側面以不同顏色燈光對應正在解碼的不同音訊規格，例如 PCM 44/48/88/96kHz 就是綠色。

兼具耳擴、前級與USB DAC功能
Zen DAC的使用相當靈活，可以當做USB DAC耳擴，成為桌面聆聽系統的一部分，也可以扮演家用音響系統中的USB DAC或前級的角色。在前板有6.3mm非平衡、4.4mm平衡輸出各一組，提供給各類型耳機使用。背板有RCA與4.4mm輸出各一組，主要是用來連接家用音響系統。注意看RCA與4.4mm之間有一組黑色撥桿，功能是切換Variable / Fixed，在Variable檔位時，Zen DAC可以當作前級，連接後級擴大機或主動式喇叭；在Fixed檔位時，Zen DAC可以繞過（bypass）音量控制，連接前級擴大機或綜合擴大機。原廠強調Zen DAC的類比線路採用全平衡設計，並且挑了TDK的高品質電容，不僅助於提升聲音品質，更兼顧耐用度，這樣的設計很難在同價位帶的器材上找到，讓Zen DAC顯得更為獨特、好聲。
