我有測試過 Rockna,  totalDAC with IO Data SoundGenic NAs .  連接上沒問題. USB driver works .

For IO Data SoundGenic ,  it is a really GOOD NAS Server with 44.1 AudioCD ripping function.  如果同 Lumin U1 mini 比,  仍然U1 mini 好一點!   U1 Mini as streamer and IO DATA SoundGenic NAS as DLNA / UPnP server (我仍然認為是最高CP Ratio 的做法)

當然,  用IOData as streamer in short run,  之後加 Lumin U1 Mini , 是一個很不錯的一步步升級的做法.

Thank you so much Ben sir 解釋得好清楚。如果用Lumin U1 或 io data 駁去R2R DAC 聽歌，有冇比較過邊部會好聲啲？
因為我兩部都未有，如果用io data的話咪可以唔需要Lumin U1, 功能可能重疊左？

Hi Dashboard 990 hing,

SoundGenic can be used as Streamer ,  U1mini can be used as DLNA server (with external USB Drive) ,  
but in their initial product design ,   ... IO Data Soundgenic should be used as DLNA server,  U1 mini can be used as Network Streamer.  so,  different initial design.  

You can use IOData as DLNA Server and DLNA streamer ,  and later get the Lumin u1 mini as network transport to complete the puzzle.
