哈3:1 先知哈巴谷的禱告，調用流離歌。
A prayer of Habakkuk the prophet upon Shigionoth.
哈3:2 耶和華啊，我聽見妳的名聲（或作“言語”）就懼怕。耶和華啊，求妳在這些年間複興妳的作爲，在這些年間顯明出來；在發怒的時候以憐憫爲念。
O LORD, I have heard thy speech, and was afraid: O LORD, revive thy work in the midst of the years, in the midst of the years make known; in wrath remember mercy.
哈3:3 神從提幔而來，聖者從巴蘭山臨到。（細拉）他的榮光遮蔽諸天，頌贊充滿大地。
God came from Teman, and the Holy One from mount Paran. Selah. His glory covered the heavens, and the earth was full of his praise.
哈3:4 他的輝煌如同日光；從他手裏射出光線，在其中藏著他的能力。
And his brightness was as the light; he had horns coming out of his hand: and there was the hiding of his power.
哈3:5 在他前面有瘟疫流行，在他腳下有熱症發出。
Before him went the pestilence, and burning coals went forth at his feet.
哈3:6 他站立，量了大地（或作“使地震動”），觀看，趕散萬民。永久的山崩裂，長存的嶺塌陷；他的作爲與古時壹樣。
He stood, and measured the earth: he beheld, and drove asunder the nations; and the everlasting mountains were scattered, the perpetual hills did bow: his ways are everlasting.
哈3:7 我見古珊的帳棚遭難，米甸的幔子戰兢。
I saw the tents of Cushan in affliction: and the curtains of the land of Midian did tremble.
哈3:8 耶和華啊，妳乘在馬上，坐在得勝的車上，豈是不喜悅江河，向江河發怒氣、向洋海發憤恨嗎？
Was the LORD displeased against the rivers? was thine anger against the rivers? was thy wrath against the sea, that thou didst ride upon thine horses and thy chariots of salvation?
哈3:9 妳的弓全然顯露，向衆支派所起的誓都是可信的。（細拉）妳以江河分開大地。
Thy bow was made quite naked, according to the oaths of the tribes, even thy word. Selah. Thou didst cleave the earth with rivers.
哈3:10 山嶺見妳，無不戰懼；大水泛濫過去，深淵發聲，洶湧翻騰（原文作“向上舉手”）。
The mountains saw thee, and they trembled: the overflowing of the water passed by: the deep uttered his voice, and lifted up his hands on high.
哈3:11 因妳的箭射出發光，妳的槍閃出光耀，日月都在本宮停住。
The sun and moon stood still in their habitation: at the light of thine arrows they went, and at the shining of thy glittering spear.
哈3:12 妳發憤恨通行大地，發憤氣責打列國，如同打糧。
Thou didst march through the land in indignation, thou didst thresh the heathen in anger.
哈3:13 妳出來要拯救妳的百姓，拯救妳的受膏者，打破惡人家長的頭，露出他的腳（原文作“根基”），直到頸項。（細拉）
Thou wentest forth for the salvation of thy people, even for salvation with thine anointed; thou woundedst the head out of the house of the wicked, by discovering the foundation unto the neck. Selah.
哈3:14 妳用敵人的戈矛刺透他戰士的頭。他們來如旋風，要將我們分散，他們所喜愛的是暗中吞吃貧民。
Thou didst strike through with his staves the head of his villages: they came out as a whirlwind to scatter me: their rejoicing was as to devour the poor secretly.
哈3:15 妳乘馬踐踏紅海，就是踐踏洶湧的大水。
Thou didst walk through the sea with thine horses, through the heap of great waters.
哈3:16 我聽見耶和華的聲音，身體戰兢，嘴唇發顫，骨中朽爛；我在所立之處戰兢。我只可安靜等候災難之日臨到，犯境之民上來。
When I heard, my belly trembled; my lips quivered at the voice: rottenness entered into my bones, and I trembled in myself, that I might rest in the day of trouble: when he cometh up unto the people, he will invade them with his troops.
哈3:17 雖然無花果樹不發旺，葡萄樹不結果，橄榄樹也不效力，田地不出糧食，圈中絕了羊，棚內也沒有牛；
Although the fig tree shall not blossom, neither shall fruit be in the vines; the labour of the olive shall fail, and the fields shall yield no meat; the flock shall be cut off from the fold, and there shall be no herd in the stalls:
哈3:18 然而，我要因耶和華歡欣，因救我的　神喜樂。
Yet I will rejoice in the LORD, I will joy in the God of my salvation.
哈3:19 主耶和華是我的力量！他使我的腳快如母鹿的蹄，又使我穩行在高處。這歌交與伶長，用絲弦的樂器。
The LORD God is my strength, and he will make my feet like hinds' feet, and he will make me to walk upon mine high places. To the chief singer on my stringed instruments.
