Recently tried out 1.7 at showroom, the harmonic of vocal and acoustic instruments are almost unbeatable by convention cabinet type speaker. However the setup of 1.7 seemed pitching up the entire frequency at showroom, the midrange vocal is a bit lack of body (not really thick). Wonder if it is the showroom setting with silver speaker cable or it is the nature sound of 1.7. Could any Ching give comment of this issue comparing the actual performance at home.
In regard of the bass, it is a bit booming and lack of details. The atmosphere of the bass is acceptable by me, since I am not the bass crazy type. Only the booming is rather ignoring. Again, if it is the showroom setting or it is easily boom while playing music at home.
