Meridian 588

I bought my meridian 588 in 2002, used for a year then packed up in store room till this Sunday.
When I took it out, power on, lights on, CD loaded in, perfect!
But it failed to read the disc!
Tried several disc till the same so its proven "not working"

Not sure why but it was working perfect when I packed it, anyway, I dont want a new one because I like the performance of the 588.

What can I do now? I bought the 588 at Excel at that time.
Should I take it back to the agent for repairing or ??
Need some help...please

Dear 師兄，
Meridian 588  是很老的型號，在 G 系列之前 ，而現在連 G系也淡出，以型號年份論，有毛病出現也當然很正常呢。
請放心，可把它送往我們陳列室收回維修部檢查，看看是甚麼原因導致壞機吧。

Voice still lovely.
But now fancy a 808.3.....
