Thanks so much for your great comment, Kahw C Hing!!  But no matter how I try, my humble Amati speaker was easily outclassed by your Goldmund Epilogue 1+2.  My recent visit to your place to witness the full potential of a full Goldmund Hi-end setup is definitely an eye opening experience for me too.  One word said it all......Bravo!!

Once again, thanks for borrowing the Diamond lan cable for testing, it has totally transformed the CAS playback experience at my home.

Any findings of the 2 LAN cables?

I just bought a NetGear metal casing 8 port switch and will try it during the holiday.

Willip C Hing, using Audioquest Vodka in isolation gives very good result.  However, when comparing with diamond head to head, the latter still wins in every parameters.

Pls check pm, willip C Hing.  BTW, I have also installed a LPS (linear power supply) made by Kenneth Lau design.  I didn't believe it makes such a day and night differences in the beginning but hearing is believing.  Without a proper LPS, I guess even the best Lan cables won't give full justice to the CAS system.  Highly recommended!!

C1並個無感１００ＵＦ電容﹐中音明顯提昇﹔
要接近電池聲就必須用大于１９２KHZ正弦波整流電源﹐
Ｃ１必須用美國的1F以上超級陶瓷電容濾波﹐不過該種電源只是用在通信領域﹐成本好能比ＤＡＣ本身高幾倍以上。（通信用的解碼器電源數碼部份3.3V大多要串０.２２電阻並薄膜電源校聲）

Have you ever tried a higher class switch with more ports? Cisco WS-C3750G or 4948 for example. It is said the switches with 24 or 48 ports have a much better sound than the switches with only 8 ports. But the fan noise is very big and needs to be reduced thru some modification

本人是CH L1新用家，請教樓主有沒有對比過CH的sacd player的解碼和C1的分別？本來想入一部CH C1作為前級兼解碼直推星座靈感1.0Mono後級，後來還是覺得單獨買一部前級更好，今後唔會後悔。之但係CH太貴，入D1+C1消化唔到，因此想退而求其次單買一部D1 sacd player……，誠心請教！
