"Out-of-phase" (錯相) is absolutely not equal to "inverted phase" (倒相，反相). The latter is not easily discernible.
In a stereo system, out-of-phase means one channel is not in phase with the other. Inverted phase means that the two channels are in phase.

There is hardly any chance that a recording is out of phase. However, inadvertent phase inverting may occur very often in the recording industry, e.g. DGG, Chesky and RCA/Living Stereo.

SACD 層既不反相，也沒有源自16-bit/44.1kHz 和18-bit/44.075kHz 兩個 time-bases的煩惱。

兄弟有兩台CD轉盤，以兩條同軸數碼線及一條玻璃光纖接上解碼器。
由於沒有反相掣，只好調喇叭線的極性。

還是我的老妻聰明。她建議我將正相與倒相的CD分開日子播，可省卻一些麻煩。
