[黑膠系統] 德國AMG turntable

The Viella 12’s 12.5"-wide, twenty-four-pound platter is also CNC machined in-house from aircraft aluminum, with a weighted rim for an enhanced flywheel effect. To provide locomotion for this platter, a precision-made rubber belt runs from the pulley/flywheel of the V12’s two-pulse, brushless 24V DC motor (housed on the plinth but acoustically decoupled via five constrained-layer metal/rubber mounts) to an aluminum subplatter fitted with a hardened 16mm axle-bearing—CNC- machined and lapped in-house. The axle is itself constrained in the bearing well by two sealed, dynamically-lubricated radial bearings and statically-lubricated axial bearings.

The outboard power-supply for the turntable motor attaches to the motor housing via a supplied umbilical. Speed is selected via three lighted capacitive buttons built into the plinth—one for 33.3 rpm, one for 45, and one for 78. (The selected button changes color and intensity to indicate that it is the one that is “on.”) The Viella 12 has perhaps the most elegant speed- adjustment procedure of any turntable I’ve used. You simply hold down whichever speed-button you want to adjust for five or six seconds, which puts that speed into “memory mode.” You then press one or the other of the remaining two buttons to gradually increase (topmost of the two) or decrease (bottommost) rotational speed as your strobe or software indicates. It is a simple and fool-proof system of extremely high accuracy of .1%. Every turntable should be this easy to work with.

As elegant and beautifully made as his turntable is, it is Roeschlau’s dual-pivot tonearm that is the star attraction. Even though it doesn’t look like much at first glance—a twelve-inch- long, perfectly straight, pencil-thin, black-anodized, aircraft- aluminum arm-tube with a shiny, two-piece, decoupled stainless- steel counterweight at its bearing end and a black headshell at the cartridge one—this nondescript item involves a truly ingenious bit of engineering that, as far as I know, has never been implemented before in a tonearm.

Viella 12 的馬達則採用二段脈波低速無碳刷馬達。該馬達為24V直流馬達,轉速精確,且配合電子控速裝置,33.3、45、78轉可調,而且可以微調轉速。使用結晶銅軸承,經過數位控制的研磨拋光,還經雙層密封。馬達裝置採五層橡膠和金屬交疊結構底座,可以將震動影響降至最低。

AMG 12JT Turbo video from Rocky Mountain Audio Fest

Analog Planet’s Michael Fremer stopped by US distributor Musical Surroundings’ room at last week’s Rocky Mountain Audio Fest in Denver Colorado to discuss among other things, the new 12JT Turbo tonearm. In the video below, Allan Moulton of Musical Surroundings demonstrates the new features of the 12JT Turbo, impressing Fremer with its ease of setup and adjustability.
At the show, the 12JT Turbo was mounted with its 9W2 brethren to an AMG Twin armboard, atop a Viella V12 turntable.

The AMG 12JT Turbo expands upon our patented tonearm design with improved sound and functionality. The new larger bearing assembly houses both the unique vertical bearing and a larger horizontal axle, featuring dual micro-ball bearing assemblies for enhanced stability and reduced friction. All critical parameters of the 12JT Turbo are accomplished with calibrated locking thumbscrews for added rigidity and precise adjustment.

重達24.5lbs 的4寸厚飛碟是高密度飛機鋁以CNC 車床精制而成.  在上面再鑲入1cm 厚同樣是以CNC 車床精制的PVC (制作黑膠同一物料).  AMG 對此步驟十每講究.  因為黑膠唱盤在轉動時越平, 唱頭被影响(指唱重及遁跡角度)的情况便會减低.聲音質素便會提升.

AMG公司由Werner Roeschlau和他的兒子Julian Lorenzi攜手創立,公司成立初期名為 Roeschlau & Lorenzi,直到2011年底,他們才將公司改名AMG。可惜,不久之後,Werner就在2013年2月過身,公司則交由追隨父親多年,兼具知識專業和實務經驗的兒子Julian接手。Werner早期是以其優異的精密加工見稱,單是工廠的CNC車床就價值超過一百萬歐元,他用這些高級機械,為Hi End廠牌製作黑膠唱盤,以及唱盤上所需要的零件,其中最著名的委託者就是Brinkman。及後開始設計及生產自己品牌的黑膠唱盤.

Viella 12便是AMG的第一個唱盤. 採用硬避震皮帶驅動式設計,馬達則採用二段脈波低速無碳刷馬達。該馬達為24V直流馬達,轉速精確,且配合電子控速裝置,33.3、45、78轉可調,而且可以微調轉速。使用結晶銅軸承,經過數碼控制打磨及拋光,還經雙層密封。馬達裝置採五層橡膠和金屬交疊結構底座,可以將震動影響降至最低。轉盤為二件式結構,為航空鋁以CNC加工製成,直徑達318mm,重量有11公斤,為重質量轉盤。底座主體為一個25mm厚的鋁塊,同樣是以實心航空鋁CNC切削而成,提供了穩定的基礎。唱盤底座的外部還有以實木CNC切出的飾板,一面可為裝飾,增加質感,一面則可與金屬材質相調和,改變盤身的諧振。底部有三個可調整高度的金屬釘腳,唱盤本身就內建水平珠,以便調整唱盤水平。可更換唱臂,最長可使用12吋唱臂。

Both platter and bearing housing are CNC machined from POM, a high tech synthetic, with a special “Slow Machining Accuracy Regulated Technique Extra Sharp Tool” manufacturing process for greater precision, cost-effectiveness, and high finish quality.

The Giro’s circular plinth is machined from aircraft-grade aluminum and provides both 33 and 45 RPM via electronic control. It shares the high-mass stainless steel machined pulley of the V12, coupled to a precision Swiss-made DC motor. The belt-driven platter features the single piece construction and decoupled spindle design of the Viella turntable. The platter bearing, a hydrodynamically lubricated radial 16mm axle with PFTE thrust pad and integral flywheel, is a scaled version from the Viella. The Giro uses the 9W2 9” tonearm with the identical, revolutionary bearing design of the 12J2, scaled for the arm length and the Giro’s smaller footprint.

The Giro from Analog Manufaktur Germany is an elegant high performance turntable providing exceptional music reproduction and value for vinyl enthusiasts.

Analog Manufaktur Germany (AMG) introduces the new Viella Forte turntable.

the “super” version of our famous Viella. Machined in our Bavarian factory, the Forte incorporates the same platter bearing design, decoupled spindle, Lorenzi hand- built brush less DC motor, visual form and footprint of our highly regarded Viella. The AMG design team focused on mass, rigidity, and refinement to create the Forte, resulting in increased macro- dynamics, more inner detail, larger-scaled presentation, and greater effortlessness. Utilizing new materials and machining techniques, the Forte features a new plinth, platter, platter clamp, arm base, updated drive electronics, new power supply design and power supply housing.

想问问:这个转盘有时不能转动,有时唱到一半就停住,有时把转盘部分抱起来一下再放下才能转动,出现这些问题的原因是什么呢?
