any comment on bulk 4N銀線 in Taobao??

I am going to DIY a RCA 銀線 for my cdp.  I saw some 4N 銀線 was selling in Taoabo (like http://item.taobao.com/item.htm?id=6827952182) .  Any ching bought it before? Any comment on it?  Or I should buy bulk silver cables in overseas?  Thank you all.
