詩30:1 （大衛在獻殿的時候，作這詩歌。）耶和華啊，我要尊崇妳，因爲妳曾提拔我，不叫仇敵向我誇耀。
I will extol thee, O LORD; for thou hast lifted me up, and hast not made my foes to rejoice over me.
詩30:2 耶和華我的　神啊，我曾呼求妳，妳醫治了我。
O LORD my God, I cried unto thee, and thou hast healed me.
詩30:3 耶和華啊，妳曾把我的靈魂從陰間救上來，使我存活，不至于下坑。
O LORD, thou hast brought up my soul from the grave: thou hast kept me alive, that I should not go down to the pit.
詩30:4 耶和華的聖民哪，妳們要歌頌他，稱贊他可記念的聖名。
Sing unto the LORD, O ye saints of his, and give thanks at the remembrance of his holiness.
詩30:5 因爲，他的怒氣不過是轉眼之間；他的恩典乃是壹生之久。壹宿雖然有哭泣，早晨便必歡呼。
For his anger endureth but a moment; in his favour is life: weeping may endure for a night, but joy cometh in the morning.
詩30:6 至于我，我凡事平順，便說：“我永不動搖。” And in my prosperity I said, I shall never be moved.
詩30:7 耶和華啊，妳曾施恩，叫我的江山穩固；妳掩了面，我就驚惶。
LORD, by thy favour thou hast made my mountain to stand strong: thou didst hide thy face, and I was troubled.
詩30:8 耶和華啊，我曾求告妳。我向耶和華懇求說：
I cried to thee, O LORD; and unto the LORD I made supplication.
詩30:9 “我被害流血，下到坑中，有什麽益處呢？塵土豈能稱贊妳，傳說妳的誠實嗎？
What profit is there in my blood, when I go down to the pit? Shall the dust praise thee? shall it declare thy truth?
詩30:10 耶和華啊，求妳應允我，憐恤我！耶和華啊，求妳幫助我！”
Hear, O LORD, and have mercy upon me: LORD, be thou my helper.
詩30:11 妳已將我的哀哭變爲跳舞，將我的麻衣脫去，給我披上喜樂。
Thou hast turned for me my mourning into dancing: thou hast put off my sackcloth, and girded me with gladness;
詩30:12 好叫我的靈（原文作“榮耀”）歌頌妳，並不住聲。耶和華我的　神啊，我要稱謝妳，直到永遠！
To the end that my glory may sing praise to thee, and not be silent. O LORD my God, I will give thanks unto thee for ever.
