Upgrade my home threater

My speaker is B&W 804D and centre is htm62. AV amp is Pioneer LX82 and bypass to Accuphase E-460.

I have two upgarde option:

1. Upgrade the centre to B&W HTM4D

2. Upgrade AV amp to Denon A1HD and use B&W 685 and htm 62 for movie. B&W 804D and Accuphase E-460 for music only
