ANTHEM ARQ problem

i just bought mrx 300 yesterday, the first time of arq is ok, but there are a problem like this today~
i already update the latest firmware and replug again
my windows can detect the usb driver and the mic,
please help me ~~~~thank you

the mic is installed normally~~i can use it as a mic in windows
the usb adp also show port 7 normally and i checked old post have check myself and also not working~~
~~~ but will they open on sunday??

USB port  must be assigned to com1 to com6, use your adapter's port manager to change the setting.
