I could tell u the different since I used to own a MTV3000
Maybe due to its dual turner, since I am living in a house, reception was really bad and sometimes got no signal with 3000 ... after replacing it with 7000, it never happens again
PQ - color is a little bit more solid, contrast and saturated than before ...
Others - more or less stay the same
