如果用0.3mm 銀線,想做一股用15~20條0.3mm,
點繞會似廠線有羅旋形?
繞好後套條teflon.

如何在電鑽上 ,固定20條 0.3mm線芯?

我諗到個方法唔知可唔可行.
如圖準備兩條鐵線,先將線芯兩端 ,要芯貼芯 ,焊或用其它方法固定在鐵線上,
然後將兩端AB連接,變成一個圓形立方體,之後兩邊的AB鐵線圓形相反方向慢慢擰.

用膠布貼好繞成一束的20x0.3mm，夾在鑽頭上，開鑽就成，國內大部分做胆機內的接線（灯絲接線），多用此法，如斯巴克，麗磁，科寶等都用此法繞灯絲接線

無youtube教學，但很簡單，如果不熟練，建議先找幾條幼電線試試

20 strands of .3mm diameter wire =

0.3 x 0.3 x 3.1416 / 4  = 0.07 sqmm
x 20 strands = 1.4 sqmm only (ok for interconnects)

For speaker cable made of pure silver wires should better be at least 5 sqmm with good bass.
So, you need to have 70 strands of 0.3mm diameter wires to give 5 sqmm, 唔可以慳

Audionote Sogon LX96 uses 96 strands (if using 0.3mm diameter silver wire, the x-section area = 6.7 sqmm) But... 1-meter stereo pair net price = around HK$60,000

訊號線暫時唔整住,但係同上面買左20m 0.3mm 做左一對8吋多芯接線 , 代替我部 diy preamp最 後去RCA插座果段, 比銅線清及豐滿.

我計過數,只要上 面兩份共100m, 都唔洗100美金, 就可做一對1.5m訊號線.
但係仲未諗到如何先繞得好,用電鑽我驚繞得唔好.

For XLR cable, 1.5m long x 3-core x 2-channel = 9 meters
If use 10 wire per core = total of 90 meter

0.3mm diameter per core = 0.07 sqmm
10 wire per core = 0.7 sqmm.

For better bass, suggest to use at least 1.5 sqmm per core (i.e. about 20 wires per core)
Pure silver wire, cross sectional area (橫切面) per core too small cannot give good bass! 唔慳得個喎!

If you want to save money, use silver-gold wire, then the cross sectional area can be smaller for giving better bass. Just my 2cents!

In fact, may not necessary to 繞線, even for 訊號線.  Try straight wire first before deciding to  繞線 or not later   

For example, Kondo LPz does not have 繞線 but its structure comprises 0.1 and 0.15 mm diameter litz silver wires to make up a total of 1.5 sqmm per core.

Kondo LPz:
0.1mm diameter x 52 strands +
0.15mm diameter x 20 strands
= total 1.5 square mm per core (made of 72 strands in total)
But Kondo and Audio Note ICs are made of litz wires which provide insulation between wires to reduce cross-talk effect. This is not easy to DIY
