本人新購入plasma.欲知大家不使用時會關掉plasma 總電源或使用standby . 另外如有使用寶樹環牛可供100v, 究竟直接取牆身電220v或用100v 的，可使plasma 壽命更耐用。謝

I am using plasma monitor since 2008.  I plug in to my power conditioner (similar with the 拖板) which is output at ~240v and always under standby mode.  If and when I am on vacation for more than a week, than switch off completely.

My plasma is working in good condition.

因為見到網上評論多稱，薄屏的供電組件易壞，猜用100v 可使plasma更耐用。另若家居濕度較高（香港通病），standby 會不會好D？謝

As said previously, my plasma monitor always in standby mode.  It's happened to me in last March, one of my plasma monitor malfunction because of high humidity.

I have to power off, unplug the power cable and restart again.  It is working now.

Just unplug and restart again!? May I know which monitor do u use? I am new to plasma and would like to make it durable!

Yes, just unplug and restart again.  I have consulted Pioneer service center before I do that.  I am using Pioneer KRP600m.  It is already 5 1/2 years old.  Working perfectly fine.

Plasma TV 垢病是會有熱印問題，我就習慣毎天開機，用雪花台清洗畫面(裝機師傅教），還有可以用機內捲動模式，既可散濕氣又可消印，一舉兩得!

新機在初頭100-200小時內，請不要使用鮮豔模式，開始時，使用標準模式,對比/光度/銳利度....等，全部選擇50，以防燒印，初次開機感覺，較柔和暗，顔色亦淡，但一星期後，負面變成正面改變！歡迎加入{末代}巴士麻小家庭。

Congratulation!

This is a good choice to my opinion.

I have both KRP600m and KRP500m.

By the way, how old of your KRP500M?

Pioneer二手更好，不用再run in ,仍要注意防潮和燒印問題，用冇訊號台(雪花台)，每日開1小時-2小時即可！

Is pioneer durable? Just afraid of no parts

To my experience, Pioneer is quite durable.

As you may know Pioneer is no longer produce TV panel anymore, not to mention Kuro, it is quite likely no parts/service support to it.   Just my own opinion.
