Ching, I was using Onkyo 876.  According to Audyssey Setup Guide, when calibrating subwoofer, Audyssey recommends:

1. Disabling the LPF will result in more accurate subwoofer distance measurements.
2. If the LPF cannot be disabled, set it to the highest frequency allowed.
3. Set the subwoofer polarity (0 or 180 degrees), (+ or -) to “0” or “+”.
4. If the subwoofer has a phase control (in addition to the polarity control), set it at “0”.

The above 4 basic rules are still applicable when I use AVP-18 Auto-EQ to calibrate the subwoofer?

睇返 Nuforce 綱 FAQ 講,Direct Mode係直出吾經AutoEQ,即係無味精,但又無咗房間修正既EQ.

再嚟過，今個星期up完firmware淨係用距離同埋+-db執多次

試梗，唔知有冇理解錯。mode+auto eq=用梗eq mode. 如果用direct mode就算㩒auto eq都是direct直出……
