Then, if the output level of XLR is greater than the RCA, the balance is an artificial one. But I note that many so called balance design with the XLR and RCA output at the same output voltage (say 2v both) while other balance designs with difference output voltages (say RCA 2v XLR 4v) and that actually the sound level connected from the XLR is far greater than that from the RCA connected. Why should have this happened? Most famous high priced DACs or preamplifiers are listed their specifications with different output voltages for RCA and XLR. Will these high priced products be made of false balance? Please further explain. Thanks |
