M9708同LX800差成倍身價, 無謂比較啦, 只可以話M9708總括嚟講係好機一部

Your report is great and appreciate your superb skill.
Will 9708 gain any improvement by connecting to Ground Box ?
Does changing the IEC socket make any improvement as well ? Furutech NCF ?
In additions, noticed that you are using the UD-001 HDMI enhancer.
Do they have good effect/result ? How's the improvement on both the picture and video quality ?

I already have separate power supply for the A/V equipment.  Independent MCB Box with Single Fused MCB to projector only. Am using 15M long Rainbow Fish V3 HDMI to JVC Projector.

Much appreciated for your precious advice.

1. 我冇用地盒，真係唔知有冇用。
2.換IEC一定有影響, 好多牌子我哋都試過，同一牌子鍍金，純銅，鍍銠的IEC都唔同效果, 古河都試過，現在我哋都係用純銅IEC咗效果係最好,純銅冇鍍金或鍍銠低頻收得太過緊，純銅低頻有力及鬆容一啲。
3.UD-001 HDMI enhancer 用後低頻會很勁一啲，但音場會縮細少少，畫面方面因為過唔到4k60，所以現在都冇用。

現在我的M9708己經改多一粒clock,即兩個clock效果比以前更好。

Thanks very much for your prompt reply and experience sharing.
1. I found that by connecting one of the unused HDMI port on the A/V PrePro to Gorund Box. It can improve both the sound and vision - for all the sources.
Hence, wonder whether by connecting the 9708 to the GB via the USB port will make any improvement ?
2. Many thanks for your advice. Will try that out.
3. Appreciated. Budget can allocated elsewhere.

Envy for your sophisticated skill. Can do so much nice improvement modifications.

By the way, I have encountered the following problem on operation. Do you have that too ?
- Have to re-boot the 9708 every time after played MKV files.

最近M9708我都有播MKV file，播完都不需要reboot部機。有冇試過reset部機再播MKV，就吓播完是否要reboot.

Thanks for your prompt reply.
Have re-set the player..... somehow.... lost the connection between the projector.... spend a lot of time to figure out the problem. As I have used the HDFury Vertex2 between them. Need to change the DV setting at the 9708 to TV-Led. Then re-config the EDID to regain the connection. It has different settings from the current 203.

Have tried to play the MKV files again. Some of the them is ok but some also have problem. Need to re-start the 9708 to resume the player.

About changing the IEC socket. Does the existing socket have special coil inside ? Need to 'cut' it to be replaced ?
Big improvement after the replacement ?

聲畫都有少少改善，但唔係嘩一聲嗰隻囉。

Laser 夠晒光，如果想畫面再靚啲，可以考慮加部HDfury Vertex2/Diva or VRroom，又可出到DV.畫面對比度及顏色都靚好多。
你用邊都Blu-ray player?

之前用HTPC 多年。 最近借朋友部9706 農改後，聲音很滿意，訂左部9708 落緊黎想摩改玩下。C 兄可以PM 資料交流下嗎？
