If you use Oasis 6 with JL, the bass is a bit loose and hard to control (flood).
For QED Signature, more punchy and tight bass. To have the same sound loud level, you have to turn the volume louder.

For my suggestion, Oasis 6 might not be the best match with JL.

I don't have any chance to test AQ Sub cable....do you have one? if so, we might try on this Saturday.
I just use a DIY SSP graded power cables....

oasis 6 & sub-3 is not a good match with JL F112 / F113, my friend used to own a sub-3 before & finally KO by a few hundred DIY cable

the good match i tested so far is QED reference (signature will be a bit tight in sound & shorten the bass extention), taralabs RSC sub also sounds clear with improvement on mid-low bass~

This is a very good reference...
I agreed that QED Signature is a bit tight for JL.

But i don't have any chance to try QED reference and Taralab....
