真係唔明點解非你鋪咁大間公司,又有咁耐歷史,D QC都係做得咁差...

因為CS做很得好, 要比佢地多d表現.
部LCDTV一壞即刻有人上黎check, 過幾日就有人上黎即場換底板.
之後輪到壞panel, 入廠唔使一個星期,就換左個新panel, 送返黎.
因為岩岩保養三年夠期, 又extend多半年保養.

You are good luck. I bought my Philips Plasma a few years ago and Philips provided 1 year warranty service only at that moment (compared with 3 years now). The TV out of order just after 1 year and panel replacement charge is 3000. So .... of course buy another one la.
