    要注意內地品牌的型號並不太齊全。

I am using 2 650 at home.  Recommend to go for Harmony One or stick with 650.

700 is going to obsolete and the only difference between 650 and 700 is the number of machines to be controlled and the rechargeable battery.  But 650 is half the price of 700.
