Dear Calvinconnie ,

Yes, you can use dbPowerAmp for ripping and put into the ZenMini MKII or Zenith MK II shared folder.    and the zen mini and Zenith will Import to its system .  

You can import files by :  
1. copy files to shared folder
2. plug a USB Hard Drive at the back of the server and click import
3. or use the Auto CD Ripping function  to import music to the system.

Zen Mini MKII needs a 12V/5A DC power supply,   and a external supply will the enclosed with the server.

部MINI版平得過份, 攪到我依個電腦白痴都想買番部專做RIP碟用.

Hi racewong 兄,  

Auto audio CD ripping 是很不錯的 ( insert the CD,  5-6 minutes later , will be done) ....

有師兄試過AB test ,  兩個wave file, zen mini ripped file which is better than the EAC one.   

大部份的師兄都是不想麻煩.  返到屋企不想掂電腦.  又唔係好想攪 or 買 NAS ,  Zen Mini or Zenith is best fit for them ....

再想問下Ben Sir，部Mini 的2TB 是HDD or SSD，如果是HDD 是2.5" or 3.5"？可否自行更換到SSD？

小弟正是CH C1用家,即係用Innuos Zenith MK II接C1可以完全唔使經Network?
如果係咪可以用少兩條LAN 線,不過Innuos的SSD 升級似乎又不及Antipodes DX Gen 2,都好難取捨....

Ben Sir可唔可以提下兩部機的聲音取向?謝謝

Dear rocmanb hing ,

1. the Zen Mini MK II got 2TB HDD ,  which is 2.5" one ..... it is not possible to change it ourselves .    the OS is installed on the system.

2. Antipodes DX Gen 2  will be able to upgraded in HK by distributors ,  we did purchased SSD locally and upgrade for user .

不是.... 仍然要用LAN cable,  Zenith 去 你部 switch .... Zenith 的 Streamer port 去你的 CH C1.  所以有兩條LAN cable.  

但佢會將C1 同 家中的 switch and router switching noise , isolate 開....... (但係家中network 仍可見到 C1 的 UPnP Renderer ).

感謝Ben Sir解答,雖然要用上兩條LAN cable,但Zenith Lan Port 接router或switch應該對Streamer port 去 CH C1
哪邊沒有影響吧?音樂檔不都是直接從Zenith直入C1,期間應該不涉及Lan Port 連接周邊所產生的noise,還是說Zenith的角色其實就是代替router或switch?

Answer:  Zenith will be the NAS server AND the LAN isolator !  your switch/Router will be less important in this implementation  .  as it is just for us to send command to the Zenith (via LAN port)  and ask him to send music file the CH C1 via Streamer port .  

your C1 will not get in touch with your switch /router physically.

是有一些分別的.  低頻的聽感有不同...... 而antipodes DX Gen2 有 AES/ Coaxial and optical output .....  Innuos 無...  Innuos Zenith 有 LAN output for Network Renderer DAC,   Antipodes 無......

兩部都係full linear power supply....  antipodes DX 可以有 USB port without Power supply , 方便一些 DAC 的 USB receiver 自有供電.  minimize noise .... 而且 USB cable 都可以只做DATA wire....
