I compare local usb flash memory with streaming from NAS, I found no difference at all. Good hardware and linear power supply are must items if you want Daphile to sound the best.

Yes, I requested RAM play before when I started playing Daphile and he said it is not perfect solution but he will consider adding it in future.

大家好，小弟電腦白痴完全未玩過linux,但正嘗試裝Daphile,當進入connect wifi 版面就吾識填之後資料黎連線，吾知有無師兄可幫幫手講解一下點set以完成連線設定?

用返lan線好聲好多，最好搵條 Cat 7 的Lan 線，雞線的Cat 7 Lan 線都有好大improvement。

吾可以喇，因為lan插離影音架太遠，不過小弟想比較下 Jriver 同 Daphile 音質，不過要攪掂 Daphile 的設定先

我的250G(fat32)已經有music file。能成為Daphile內置disk嗎？
是否要hard disk 要no partition才能create Daphile data?看圖Daphile data是ext4 .

You could try, at least if you put it in USB enclosure I am sure it works (as I tried), but if you connect thru SATA, then you need to try. No harm as it will not format the disk without your permission.

頭先得閒比較下WIN8.1+fidelizer同DAPHILE
WIN8.1 立體感好少少, 對比下DAPHILE比較生硬

I finally can play daphile by android apps and the sound is better than fb2k and jriver no matter I play High resolution or DSD files.

Ching, there were two new versions released in 2014, one in 31 March and one in 17 April, I am using the latest version without any problem, which version you are using not booting up?

I just tried for two new versions (daphile-14.01-b261935-x86_64 and daphile-14.04-b171050-x86_64)
without luck and still stick on an old version (daphile-13.12-b221922-x86_64.iso)

I tried the two new versions and can bootup at Virtual Machine successfully. I just dunno why!
