Without a formal training in music or musicl instrument, I am not in a position to give any in depth view points after listening. Just simply thought that they sound natural and not hifi sound.

You do not need to be musician to appreciate music
I have many music software in foreign language that I don't understand. I think it may be better if I could learn the language, yet I don't know the language just give another angle of appreciation

Trust your instinct, express and enjoy what you have received from the musical messages

I too blamed myself not paying any attention to music and also to writing (both english and chinese) when i was still in school. i kicked myself not being able to write like 周翁, which for his comments i agreed almost every time.

there's simply no boundary in music and one's subjective feeling over a piece of music. i just hit myself hard not putting the effort that i should have 25 yrs ago.

Absolutely agree that many small labels are outstanding. I am always interested to find out more about small labels. This is 1 of my favourite Outhere Music

8 labels under its umbrella, HK dealer only imported a handful of their CDs.

I also like Mirare from France but not so sure why it is a bit pricey

while most of my collections are from HM & NAIVE.

The free monthly sample CDs from the French Diapason magazine (I don't read French

) provide a very important source of classical music.

In addition, this Taiwan dealer did provide many choices of classical CDs from EU small labels as well as some alternative views of classical music. (Might not be everybody's cup of tea)

agree no more. naive, profil, audite, cis... more reputable ones like bis, channel classics, all produce excellent recordings

不要忘记了英国的Hyperion，德国的 Hassler 和 Ohems。

I am pleased by Chings' active sharings. I totally agreed whoever you are, a professional in music, diehearted hi-fi user or just a layman in music, you just give your sharing and also feelings you have. It is good enough. So, please introduce whatever music had made you feel enjoyable and/ or touching here for our mutual sharings!

今天想介紹一位陪伴小弟數拾寒暑的靚女 - Rita Streich

戰後歌唱界巨星如雲，她曾多次與Schwarzkoph合作演出備受好評。始終 Schwarzkoph 名氣太响，猶如舞台皇后。令人有＂既生俞、何生亮＂之歏!

Rita Streich 是很出色的 coloratura soprano , 她的歌聲感染力極强, 不吃人間煙火，聽聽自可體會。

此CD 屬easy listening, 古典入門佳作!
