有冇師兄聽過部stereo200，唔知乜嘢聲呢？

未聽過，不過 stereo 200 係 class d 設計，表現應該係幾 dynamic 那種，聽快歌或流行歌會幾好，中頻會好舒服。但一般 class d amp 都有一種特徵就係高音不夠清晰，低音又缺乏控制力。曾經看過一些文章關於 class d amp 設計，話 class d 如果設計不好，又有機會產生 unwanted high frequency noise 而影響到電源，所以都係要聽清楚是否適合自己口味。不過都可以參考下 Cyrus website 裏 stereo 200 white paper 看看它的設計理念。

Can Ching please advise which option is better with a budget can either get a PSX-R2 or a X-power:
1. Upgrade stereo x-power with a PSX-R2
OR
2. Add another x-power, i.e. mono x-power for each channel.

Go for mono operation is always better. But this depends on your budget.

There is a pair of used X300 Signature selling in R33. It is worth to consider if budget is okay. There will be no regret.

In fact, it could be a bit over if you just push PM1. But if you need to upgrade speakers in the future. Then X300 Signature should be the ultimate goal.
BTW, what pre-amp you having now?

As a current user of X300 Signature.
I would say it can be match most bookshelf or floor-standing speakers with well sound.

I have used several speakers with x300 before including dynaudio c1 signature, vivid b1 and vivid k1, all with good results. The reason being of its powerful output, 225 watts per Chanel @ 8 ohms with zero feedback producing very dynamic sound. If u have a decent source, the overall result would be very attractive. I think x300 can handle many speakers very well.
