I checked both Optoma P1, LG HU85LA, but since 明基 is just released, so I posted for one more choice.

Personally... I don't like all three of them, first only 120 inch; second the lag is too large , around 49 to 69ms, which means for gaming it is impossible (gaming best is around 20ms like those Sony); thirdly, all of them are way over-priced, the machine only worth around 10k... it is just my personal opinions

LG HU85LA uses three lasers means rainbow effect should be non-existence.

anyways, keep on happy shopping

at 30k price range, the results should be more or less the same, which should be good...

the only difference among machines are just the sharpness at/near the edges

and the color output CLO, but without direct A-B compare or instrument, it is really hard to tell
and then compare the warrenty
