Nordost 之 Quantum Series 結構和原理

小弟相信 Nordost Qv2 絕不是如某些 brothers 所估計是 並聯capacitors 咁簡單！

Nordost 之 Quantum 系列 的科技是購自 Bill Stierhout。
Bill 的公司 Quantum Resonance Technology (QRT) 是在加州Santa Monica，創立於1990s.
最出名的products是 Quantum Symphony & Quantum Symphony Pro.

小弟當年有用 Qunatum Symphony Pro, 也曾打開看過，裏面是塊circuit board, 上面主要有一粒大IC。

日本的木內 後來從 Bill 取得使用權，造了 ALS777，裏面也是 IC+circuit boards，但數量則多了不少，也較復雜 ：


近年 Bill 把專利，甚至他的 QRT website 全部賣了給 Nordost。 而Nordost也能推出一系列的成功產品，把Bill的創意發揚光大。
Bill 一向對他的 Quantum科技都是含糊其詞，解說其實都是bullshit！  不過耳聽為實，是有好效果的。

有overseas audiophiles推算，Bill的 Quantum原理是用IC电路把某種「特別的有益電源污染」加入hifi system的電源中，達到校聲的目的。
從此估計，Nordost 的 Qv2, Qx2, Qx4 等產品裏面極可能也有IC電路！

有冇 Hiendy brother 願意 open 一粒 Qv2 看一看裏面呢？

Exactly!
But Qv2 has much much better furnishing la!
It will be most interesting if there is a direct pk of Qv2 vs Kemp QA Plug!

Only $2,xxx, can't expect too much of a miracle from either device

But I like QA plug more because there's a dial and you can adjust its effect.

用了這些東西, 會唔會compress dynamics and cut 高頻呢?

小弟試過用 "電容" filter-plug 於power bar, 發覺壓縮了dynamics and cut 高頻, 浪費了五舊水

Their SR Plug also has an adjustable knob.

QX4係唔係插左電會釋放一d電波去到中和返屋企既雜質電波?   我見d人放係喇叭隔離..機既中間

Yes, QX4 sits between the equipment (middle of the rack) to provide the best result, also condition the power before goes into the equipment.

係ga, 根據廠的instructions, Qx2 and Qx4 插电後， 在rack 上擺上擺下，擺前擺後 都有分别!
信不信由你嘞。

如果有個Lessloss Audio 之Blackbody, 唔知會否中和咗Qx2/Qx4之隔空effect 呢? haha
